In order to strengthen the safety awareness of Tiansen employees, standardize safe production operations, and effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents, Tiansen organized a comprehensive safety production training meeting recently. The training was hosted by James Zhu, who delivered an important speech and guided all participating employees to learn production safety knowledge.

At the beginning of the training, James Zhu played three short videos of production accidents. The real accident scenes and painful lessons in the video deeply touched every participating employees, making everyone fully realize the seriousness of safety production and the great harm caused by neglecting safety details. James Zhu emphasized that safety is the bottom line of enterprise development and the guarantee of employees' happy life, and all employees must keep safety in mind at all times.

During the meeting, James Zhu focused on introducing the key points prone to safety accidents in the workshop production process. Combining with the actual production situation of Tiansen, he detailed the potential safety hazards in links such as equipment operation, material handling, and process operation, and put forward specific requirements for standardized operation, reminding employees to strictly abide by operating procedures and avoid safety accidents caused by improper operation.

James Zhu focused on explaining two key points: keeping fire escape routes unobstructed and the use of fire extinguishers. He pointed out that fire escape routes are the "life channel" in case of fire, and it is strictly forbidden to stack goods, block the channel.

Finally, James Zhu talked about the factors affecting employees' physical health in the production process, taking noise as an example, he reminded employees to take good protective measures during work, pay attention to work and rest combination, and care for their own physical and mental health. He stressed that employees are the most valuable wealth of the enterprise, and only when employees are safe and healthy can the enterprise develop stably and sustainably. The training ended with warm applause, and all employees said that they had gained a lot, would apply the learned safety knowledge to actual work, and jointly build a safe and harmonious production environment.
